Section 01: Perishable goods — no change of mind

Because all of our products are fresh, perishable food items, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on the basis of "change of mind." We encourage you to review your order carefully before completing your purchase.


Section 02: Faulty or defective products

If you believe you have received a product with a genuine fault or defect, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery. Given the perishable nature of our products, we ask that you notify us within 24 hours of receipt.

To lodge a claim, please provide:

  • Your order details (name, date, order reference)

  • A clear description of the fault

  • Photographic evidence where possible

Remedy: Where a product is found to be genuinely faulty or defective, the remedy offered will be at the sole discretion of BJ's Bakery and may include a replacement product, store credit, or refund.


Section 03: Delivery — signature not required

Orders are delivered without requiring a signature. By placing an order, you accept that delivery will be completed in this manner and acknowledge the associated risks, including the possibility that goods may be left unattended.


Section 04: Incorrect delivery address

BJ's Bakery is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address where that address was provided in error by the customer. Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of ordering.

If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately. We will do our best to assist, but we cannot guarantee amendments once an order has been dispatched.
